For most of my adult life, I have struggled with extreme levels of stress. I've lived through stressful jobs, stressful relationships, and even cancer.
At some point I realized that stress is a part of life, and that while we can't eliminate it completely, we can change our relationship to it. I am lucky because I've found natural, lasting ways to achieve real stress relief that have work well for me.
My mission (and hope) is that I can help others to achieve stress relief by sharing proven methods and information that works
